Well just trying to figure out what that link has to do with “think on these things” pure, holy…… Or with what Collide Mag is about. It was disappointing.

Are you referring to the suicide robot link? COLLIDE is about technology and culture, among other things, so I don’t think it’s out of bounds to link to a disturbing story about one man’s use of technology. Culture is messy (so is much of the Bible), but that doesn’t mean discussing it violates the “think on these things…” principle. The challenge, to me, is to be aware of what is going on in the culture in which we find ourselves and still practice Phil. 4:8. They aren’t mutually exclusive, though it would be a lot easier on us if they were.
