I became a big fan of Sevenly thanks to my lovely wife, who introduced me to the site. Each week Sevenly partners with a different charity to support a great cause through the sale of beautifully designed apparel.
You have to check out Sevenly’s mission to help supply charities and non-profits with awareness, funding, and engagement “One design. One week. One cause.” That’s what Sevenly does.
As you can see, Sevenly has made a real difference on a variety of fronts through leveraging design, an online platform, and social media, so it’s obvious why I’m a fan.
It just so happens that this week’s cause is an organization called SafeWorld, which is led by my friend Matt Chambers. Matt and SafeWorld have a heart for serving people around the world with incredible needs, and this Sevenly campaign is no different.
Buy a “Strike Hope” shirt this week and support SafeWorld’s effort to build a solar-powered medical clinic in Uganda. As the campaign says, “This facility will provide healing for thousands.” Great, right? That’s why my wife and I are each getting one.
See what Sevenly and SafeWorld are up to here.
