Innovate sounds like a great conference. If you’re available September 27th and 28th, and the following promotional copy gets you excited, a trip to this year’s Innovate should be worth your while. Here’s what the website says:
Innovate 2007 is not about creativity. It’s about how to take action on creative inspiration to make a mark of greatness. This conference starts with a conversation. Then it brings in experienced viewpoints about ideas to make a permanent mark on this world.
Among the featured speakers are Guy Kawasaki and Dave Ferguson, as well as Mark Beeson and Tim Stevens from Granger Community Church, the host of Innovate. All of the speakers have a proven track record of creativity and innovation, so the conference should be a great opportunity to gain some insight into how they do what they do (for the full list of speakers click here).
I apologize for burying the lead here, but you can actually go to Innovate for free by making a commercial for this year’s Innovate conference and posting it on YouTube. The conference staff will then pick a few of the best entries, post them on the Innovate site, and award the winners free registration to the conference. For more details, click here.
Good luck! Maybe I will see you there.
